Grow Your Chipotle Order at No Charge
Over the past few years, Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) has been the taste on everybody’s tongue. Serving not only delicious but nutritious assortments of tacos, burritos, salads, and bowls, Chipotle is the leader of the fast casual dining experience. With dishes that lay between the $6-$10 range, eating at Chipotle consistently may be a bit of stretch for someone on a student budget so it is important that you get the most bang for your buck when you go. Here are some tips to help you do just that.
Always Choose A Bowl
Simply put, this is the one dish that will give you the most food. You can pack it as much or as little as you want. And you can still get a burrito out of it, more on this is in a second.
Double Rice & Beans
Chipotle allows you to double up on both rice and beans which will greatly increase the amount of food you will receive. If you prefer you can get a mix of both types of rice and beans for no charge as well.
Fajita Veggies
They are free. Get them to add a nutritious crunch.
Mix Your Meats
While chicken is the cheapest meat Chipotle has, mixing your meats will give you the most food possible as opposed to getting just one meat. I think it is a given that the amount of meat you get is directly correlated with how lucky you are that day.
Ask for a Tortilla
THEY WILL GIVE YOU A FREE TORTILLA SO YOU CAN MAKE A BURRITO OUT OF THE BOWL AND STILL HAVE SOME LEFT OVER. CRAZY RIGHT!?
Load up on Cheese, Corn, Lettuce, Salsa, Sour Cream
These extras are all of no extra charge so you can mix and match however many you would like.
Grab a Water Cup
Chipotle does give you a good sized water cup and has lemons available to make it less boring. Water is also good for you, so it works with any Chipotle meal.
